I got some of these from MoveOn.org the other day, and I seem to recall Brits and other furrners on my flist complaining that they wouldn't send them to non-US addresses (presumably because it involves making a monetary contribution to a US political organization, and we have laws about who can do that). I have four to spare; first come, first served; just leave an address in the (screened) comments if you want one.
