art recs
Now that it's August, I turn 33 in three weeks. When did that happen? O.o
Here, have some art recs. All are worksafe. I'm going to fall back on just links because man I cannot be arsed to manually construct the dA links with thumbnails and all right now.
Except this one. Because this one is majestic. I don't know why punky/gothy/metal/emo/simply-inexplicabl

p.s. Call him Severus already, wouldja? If you're going to be using other people's first names? Especially in this context, otherwise it makes him seem like something very "other" than her and not also a human being who might have deserved to be loved back. I dunno, I am probably being weird here. I mean, I understand if someone has a considered personal reason to prefer sticking to his surname (like
logospilgrim) but in most cases I find his naked surname (as opposed to the respectful "Professor Snape") distancing, unsatisfying, saddening somehow. (Maybe it's just that I can't grok how one would not prefer to wrap one's tongue round the much nicer syllables of "Severus", not that "Snape" isn't fun to play with in some other ways.)

I have never liked the smush name "Snily", but saying Severus/Lily would be far too long here.
